Basically, all companies are built on processes. How do you hire a new employee? How do you buy new materials? How to give out credit to a customer? All these questions have the same answer: through a process; may it be formal or informal.

As a company, you will need to understand your key processes, review them, document them, improve them and finally automate them by putting in place key performance indicators and target dates/times to measure employee performance in each of these processes.
